    Chad and Jay tackled a very difficult to reach chimney issue, cleaning was perfect. Chad took pictures of a puncture in our roof so that we could contact the roof service to repair, above and beyond help from Chad! He had helped me another time with shutter repairs.     The Rakos Exterior Cleaning Team got us scheduled quickly for spring washing, communicated well and when severe weather required them to reschedule, they still performed the job that same week! The guys showed up on time and worked efficiently to successfully remove years of mold/mildew from high wall and roof areas, as well as grease from the ceiling and skylights of our outdoor grill area. Jay even offered to pause working and help us carry in groceries! Before they left, they ensured our outdoor furniture was back in its proper place. In speaking with neighbors who have used other local house washing companies, we also learned that Rakos Exterior Cleaning’s pricing is very competitive.     Chad did a fabulous job cleaning the vinyl siding, gutters, porch, and sidewalk for our two story house! The back of the house included the basement and he was able to clean to the top!     We had a fantastic experience with Chad. He pressure washed all of our vinyl, sidewalk and concrete driveway. He also scrubbed our gutters and brightened them up. The work was done 2 months ago and still looks amazing. Our house is so clean and Chad was very easy to work with and very reasonably priced.
