The Rakos Exterior Cleaning Team got us scheduled quickly for spring washing, communicated well and when severe weather required them to reschedule, they still performed the job that same week! The guys showed up on time and worked efficiently to successfully remove years of mold/mildew from high wall and roof areas, as well as grease from the ceiling and skylights of our outdoor grill area. Jay even offered to pause working and help us carry in groceries! Before they left, they ensured our outdoor furniture was back in its proper place.
